TWILIGHT ZONE
THE MOVIE
- where demonic tyrants of the past live again to terrorize a man who carries the seeds of their hate into the present...
- where evil perches on a plane wing taunting the psychic who dare not believe his eyes — and still hold on to his mind...
- where the power to control the world rests in the fantasy-fraught imagination of a lonely child...
- where the joys of eternal youth are offered to those who remember childhood and are not too young to dream...
Notes
- The Corgi Books edition contained sixteen pages of black-and-white photographs.
- Twilight Zone: The Movie contained re-makes of the original series episodes Kick the Can, It's a Good Life and Nightmare at 20,000 Feet. George Clayton Johnson's original short story and subsequent television script to Kick the Can were published in Twilight Zone Scripts and Stories.
In the original television version of It's a Good Life, Anthony Fremont was played by Billy Mumy (Lost in Space / Babylon 5) who makes a cameo appearance in the movie version of the story. A sequel to It's a Good Life was produced for the 2002/3 version of The Twilight Zone, with Bill Mumy and Cloris Leachman reprising their original 1961 roles — almost certainly a record in television terms. Keeping up the family tradition, Mumy's daughter Liliana played Audrey Fremont.

ROD SERLING EXPLORES THE TWILIGHT ZONE
It lies somewhere between the day and the darkness, between sleeping and waking, reality and illusion. It's a place inhabited by outlandish people where strange things happen —
Meet Casey, the mighty lefthander, who pitched like nothing human, because he wasn't; Walter Bedeker, who wanted to live forever, till he tasted eternity; Franklin Gibbs, who was robbed and murdered by a slot machine; Martin Sloan, who got lost between then and now — and many, many others, in
THE TWILIGHT ZONE.

THE TWILIGHT ZONE
means many things to the hugely imaginative and talented Rod Serling. It can mean a time-space "warp", a state of mind, a day someone wishes never, never happened. But whatever twist Mr. Serling's fancy takes, his story is colored with a weird, dreamy quality that will change your pulsebeat — and perhaps your feeling about life.
Rod Serling's overwhelmingly popular TV series THE TWILIGHT ZONE appears every week on the CBS Television Network.
Notes
- More Stories from the Twilight Zone was also included in the Complete Stories and Stories from the Twilight Zone omnibus editions.
- Rod Serling's script to A Stop at Willoughby was used as the basis for the TV movie For All Time, produced in 2000.
