NANOTECH RUBOUT!

After twenty years as a New York City cop, Patrick Brogan thought a change would do him good. And what a change! Brogan and his partner Jack Haldane are assigned to the toughest 'hood in the universe — wide-open Demeter City on the planet Altor, where not only the "perps" but some of the other cops are aliens, too.

But even here on the edge of the galaxy, a cop's still a cop. And a crime's still a crime. So when they get a tip that something big is going down in the shadowy firm known as Cost & Gnostra," Brogan and Haldane go incognito to uncover a crime organization with deep roots back on Earth. The mob is moving in on the galactic rackets, making the planet Altor an offer it can't refuse!

ALIEN CRIME WAVE!

Haldane, injured in the line of duty, is temporarily out of action when Brogan is assigned a temporary new partner — a luscious lady cop from Earth. She's L.A.-tough and Hollywood-beautiful, and sparks fly between them — sending Brogan's job and his marriage up for grabs.

But even here, at the far edge of the galaxy, a cop is still a cop. An energy being with awesome powers is sucking the life force from the citizens of Demeter City, the Crime Capital of the Galaxy, and it's up to Brogan and his dangerously desirable new partner to stop the killer before the havoc spreads. Is it a demon with angel wings — or an angel gone bad?

CALLING ALL COPS — IT'S PARTY TIME!

Police Lieutenant Patrick Brogan and his partner Haldane have proven themselves in the galaxy's toughest precinct, Demeter City, light years from their native Earth. Captain Podly has invited them to the department's annual four-day policeman's festival, where alien games and bizarre rituals combine with traditional male bonding.

All species are welcome to the fun and games on Dreek Island, even humans — as long as they have proven themselves in law enforcement. And as long as they are guys! But something is different this year. A militant female cop plans to give the department's "boys" a dose of their own medicine. And a mysterious intergalactic entity has decided to use the confusion of the Dreek Island festival to kill Brogan!
