1950s paranoia in the 1960s as architect David Vincent sees a flying saucer — something which he finds impossible to prove to the authorities — and subsequently uncovers an alien plan to take over the Earth.

Luckily for the budget these aliens are able to take on human form, with the only giveaway being their little fingers which stick out.

The second and final season saw a slight change of direction as Vincent finally found some believers, rather strangely known as The Believers!

A four-hour mini-series picked up the story in 1995 with Roy Thinnes making just a cameo appearance as Vincent.
