General Notes
- Collision Course was the fourth of six novelisations based on Season One of Space: 1999 which would be released by Orbit, in the process novelising twenty-three of the twenty-four episodes. The only episode not to be novelised was Earthbound, which would eventually be novelised by EC Tubb for a limited release book from the Fanderson fan club in 2003.
- Collision Course was also novelised in Italy by Gianni Padoan as part of the I Giustizieri Del Cosmo novelisation. The Full Circle and End of Eternity appeared in Gli Esploratori Dell' Eternita, while Death's Other Dominion was novelised in La Grande Dominatrice.
- End of Eternity was novelised for a third time in 2005 by William Latham for Space: 1999 — Eternity Unbound, a book which brought together all of the stories featuring Balor.
