- Warriors of Kudlak was published at the same time as the novelisations based on Invasion of the Bane, Revenge of the Slitheen and Eye of the Gorgon.
- Warriors of the Kudlak saw the return of the Graske, who had previously only been seen in the Christmas 2005 interactive game Attack of the Graske, which was only available to viewers with access to digital television.
