Notes
- Child of Time is George Mann's second Time Hunter story — The Severed Man having been published in December 2004. David J Howe is best known for his non-fiction work on Doctor Who, including the highly impressive series of "decades" books for Virgin Publishing in the 1990s which he co-wrote with Stephen James Walker and Mark Stammers. More recently he has been one of the guiding forces behind Telos Publishing who have published various media tie-in books as well as original fiction.
- Child of Time is the eleventh and final entry in the Time Hunter series, which has come to an end due to falling sales. Telos haven't ruled out the possibility that the series may re-appear at some point in the future however.
- Unlike the first ten Time Hunter titles which were all novellas of between 96 and 148 pages, Child of Time is a full-length novel.
