My first DVD about English narrow gauge railways. Now I am based here, I decided to check out the four unusual lines featured on this double DVD; The Beeches Light Railway, North Ings Farm Railway, Statfold Barn Railway and the Yaxham Light Railway. All except North Ings are private railways and visiting is strictly by invitation. North Ings opens one Sunday a month from May to October. Highlights include Trangkil No. 4 in action at Statfold Barn, a Darjeeling B class tank barking at the Beeches Light Railway and a home-made steam tram in action at North Ings. We get the full range of English weather at these four railways from glorious sunshine at The Beeches to rain at North Ings. At all 4 locations, there was a warm welcome and some splendid action.
