...If you experience any difficulty mailing the form, such as a message saying "There is no program set up to send mail using Internet shortcuts", you need to install a program that can send mail using Internet shortcuts (...obviously). MS Outlook will work. If you have a mail program that came with your browser, that will probably work too.
If you don't want to set up any such software, just email me your comments using a web-based Email service or something similar (such as Hotmail, Yahoo! mail, etc etc).
