As a group of fine art students we thought it would be an adventure to capture the imagination of a wider audience, producing a piece of public art that is the creation of the community

Intrested in the aspects of people using an act of doing or expression as a process of creation as a platform for communicating. Using a simple 'doodle' task to see what details can be divulged from a persons life or personality, prompting them to create by asking the question, 'What makes you smile?'

United by such a common theme we are intrigued as to what the results will show

We are currently helping spread smiles around the country. This is a huge task so we require your help. As a team we are proud to inform you that we are working with an organisation that places smiles on the faces of sick children on a daily basis. Post Pals is fantastic and its so simple all you have to do is follow five simple steps

1. Click on a Childs face/ find pal.
2. Read about them.
3. Write, draw or even send them a small gift.
4. Email Viks@postpals.co.uk just to explain who you are and what you are sending.
5. Sit back and enjoy the fact that you have made a child smile.
