The
Society The Hare & Hounds Golf Society was formed in 2004 when pub regulars at the Hare & Hounds in Heath End Road, Nuneaton decided to form a golf society. The idea was the brainchild of former Nuneaton businessman Derek Wilkinson who thought it might be a good idea to form a society from the pub. He organised the match with a couple of regulars and as they say the rest is history. Since then the society as grown with bi-annual events at different courses around Warwickshire and Leicestershire. Some of the courses already played are: Oakridge Whetstone Stonebridge Whitefields The next match will be held at The Abbey Golf Club in Redditch on Friday, September 18th. |
