The rack contains the following:

Behringer EuroRack MX1804X mixer
Dock for Rio Car(tm) and spare CD-ROM drive
Behringer Ultra-Curve pro 2496 EQ and compressor/limiter
Stageline MCX-2100 crossover
Yamaha P1600 amplifier for tops
Yamaha P4500 amplifier for subs
QSC CX4T amplifier for monitors
Built-in power distro with 4 spare 13 amp outlets located at the rear

The rack can be closed up and has wheels for easy transportation.



Usual configuration

The car player's front outputs are connected to stereo input 11/12 of the mixer.
The car player's rear outputs are unconnected.
The mixer's main mix is sent into the car player's aux input

The CD-ROM's analogue output is conncted to stereo input 13/14 of the mixer
The CD-ROM's digital (SPDIF) output is connected to the EQ's digital input

The mixer's main output is connected to the ultra-curve's analogue input.
The mixer's pre-fade output for channel 6 is conncted to the ultra-curve's measurement mic input.
The ultra-curve's main outputs are connected to the crossover's main inputs
The ultra-curve's aux outputs are connected to the crossover's sub input

The crossover's main high-pass outputs are conncted to the P1600 which powers the tops
The crossover's subwoofer output is conncted to the P4500 which powers the subs

The mixer's control room output is connected to the QSC map.

Monitors are located near mixing/DJ booth. Subs are close-stacked on the ground near a wall or corner. Tops are either flown or stand-mounted to face the audience, preferably with 6 feet of clearance.
