The service that I provide is:
  • Designing, developing and implementing quality management systems & controls, for small and medium sized organisations.
  • Ensuring that best practice is identified, developed, and applied within controlled measures of the quality management system.
  • Making available to organisations a professional and comprehensive support service for ensuring accreditation to a suitable 'Registration Body'.
  • Presenting an optional 'after accreditation' support package for routine system maintenance, which may include: manual and procedure changes, staff training, management reviews, internal and external quality auditing, identification and direction for developing performance monitoring and measurement processes.
  • Acting as an interface between senior management, staff, customers, suppliers and accreditation bodies.

If you prefer not to divert you resources away from production work to conduct audits, let me help you. All auditors will be independent of the quality management function, professionally qualified, and certificated.
