A personal Profile - John Garrad

I became established as an independent ISO accredited quality adviser in 1995 from a senior position with a UKAS registered consultancy. This followed some 30 years in industry ranging from distribution and logistics, road transportation, air/sea freighting, light manufacturing, chemicals and printing activities, for both national and international companies.

I have designed, developed and implemented quality and associated management systems for numerous clients achieving accreditation to various versions of BS EN ISO 9001, as the standards have been revised and up-issued.

I specialise in enabling client-based organisations to improve the implementation and maintenance of their existing quality management systems, taking advantage of modern methods and business applications to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.
