I was born in England, about 32 kilometres from William Shakespeare’s birthplace. My love of all things Elizabethan began with visits to the theatre at Stratford-upon-Avon. That fascination with Tudor history has continued over the years, and teaching the subject has been a pleasure for me.

I trained as a primary school teacher and I am currently teaching pupils with special educational needs..My further professional studies include:

BEd (Hons) Degree in Education, Dip.in Adv. Studies in Education ( Spec Educ. Needs) and the British Dyslexia Association Teaching Certificate in Dyslexia.
