I have over 20 years’ office experience, with the last 16 years spent in the publishing industry where efficiency, accuracy and speed in producing any piece of work, be it typing a simple letter, more complex business and financial reports or full page layout and design, are essential.

Services offered include copy typing documents (from either handwritten or typed sources), digital transcription (using WAV, MP3, DSS and AIFF formats), page layout and design (be it a standard letterhead to a 64–page magazine) and web design for both simple and multi-page sites. I also provide professional support to both management and editorial departments (including financial reporting, producing show catalogues/directories, and compiling in-house databases) and as such have both the experience and ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines.
