JOHN DENNY 1888-1918

Born in Lambeth, 31st July 1888, the oldest son of Jeremiah and Emma Denny.
 

He married Ada May Marshall in 1914 and was called up for military service possibly in 1916.

Together they had two sons, John jnr. and Charles James.

John suffered gunshot wounds to his back and thigh on 31st March 1918 
and died from tetanus in Brighton Military hospital on 16th April 1918.

He is buried in Nunhead Cemetary, Southwark.
