This form is an example of work in progress and the form may or may not work depending on the way that your computer is set up.

So far I know that a machine running Windows 7 RC1, IE8 and Outlook 2007 as the default email handler only manages to throw up a warning message - you click OK to acknowledge the warning - then nothing happens.

In Chrome running on an XP Pro SP3 machine the form does work and so it does in IE8 - you acknowledge the warning and then the email gets sent.
