Inside you'll find a warm welcome at this family (Habbies) owned
establishment.
The pub offers a wide selection of single malts,
liqueurs and locally produced and popular beers that you can enjoy in front of
the fire in the winter or the beer garden in the summer.
It is classed as a local pub with darts and a pool table, and the "locals" seem
friendly enough.
In the evening you can relax and enjoy a wide variety of events.
The The Glenleven
Inn is the "watering hole" at the top end of the village.
Being in a conservation area it's external features have not been changed in
years, so the "feeling" of the past" is still there. The interior design keeps
this feeling and there is a glass picture of Habbie featuring prominently above
the fireplace
This
pub is literally a 20 second walk from Weavers
Cottage (to the left of the picture) and a 2 minute walk from the public park (to the right of the picture).
The pub advertises itself as the home of good food and fine
ales.

These being as varied as live music, pub quizzes and also regular football.
There are a many other special and organised events throughout the year (see local notice board)
The restaurant was
opened in December 2001 after a complete re-fit of the kitchen and the
conversion of the lounge to form the dining area, and probably can rightly describe itself as the best
kept secret in Kilbarchan;
The restaurant can cater for all kind of small parties.
