Welcome to the 98th Entry Halton Web Site There was, as I am sure you will agree, a great camaraderie within an RAF Halton Entry and such was the case when we were together under the single identity of the 98th Entry for three years. To this date, 2nd April 2008, I have attended three Halton reunions over a lapsed period of 44 years and at those reunions I have only met with three other ex 98th members. In February of 2008 Mike Mason read the article I wrote on the 9th Triennial event that I posted on www.xhaltonbrat65.com in October 2007 and sent me an e-mail. After many more e-mails and a visit to the Halton Estate Mike and I have set up this Web Site with the objective of saying, "Hello" and to invite you to link up and register your interest. Thus, if you are interested please use the Contact Information link in the table below. I do hope that you enjoy reading what Mike and I have put together, but I hasten to add that we are both aware that at the moment this Web Site looks very much like a Budge and Mooney site. This is not our vision. What we hope to achieve is a rounded and friendly Web Site that contains articles on events that involved you or how they may have influenced your thinking during the period 3rd May 1961 to 25th March 1964 and, if you are willing of course, to share your experience of working life post the Halton period where we, collectively as Sons of Halton, will be able to enjoy.
