I live in Staffordshire England not far from the beautiful area of Cannock Chase where I find lots of inspiration for my embroidery.
After a road accident (not my fault!) a few years ago I found I was unable to return to my profession; rather than sink without trace I decided to devote my time to my love of embroidery and also writing.
I pre-print my photographs to fabric, then using free style embroidery on my sewing machine I turn the photographs into embroidery. The above picture is one of the end results.
