Bedrooms The Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a queen-sized bed and overlooks the pool, equipped with cable TV/VCR/DVD and telephone. Two further bedrooms with twin beds one with TV/VCR/DVD. One further double bedroom also overlooking pool. Walk-in closets Dressing tables and bedside cabinets with radio alarm clocks. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Kitchen Fully fitted including oven and hob microwave dishwasher large (American style) fridge / freezer phone (free local area calls) waste disposal unit seperate laundry room. fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils . Kitchen nook table and chairs.
Bathrooms Two - one ensuite, with luxury corner bath, built - in shower room, and double vanitory unit. One family bathroom with bath, shower and vanitory unit. Hairdriers in both bathrooms.
Living area Open plan living room/ lounge, two sofas, remote control cable TV and DVD/VCR. Complete with a selection of videocassettes. Child pool door alarms. Views out over the lake. CD radio/cassette player. Occasional tables and lamps. Ceiling fan.
Formal Dining area   Dining table with seating for six.   Access to security system, utility room with large washing machine and dryer and double garage.
Exterior Private pool complete with underwater lighting, extended pool decking, full bug screen. There are no properties behind the villa, the single neighbouring villa is set back making the pool area very private. Pool towels provided. Large garden with views over the lake. Electric pool heater available for winter months (extra charge for electric). Double garage.
