Humber Mouth Yacht Club Cadet Section is one of the great successes of the clubs recent history. The section is very active with a large number of members, plenty of modern boats to sail and lots of other activities to keep everybody busy. The section is run by a qualified RYA sailing instructor and works hand in glove with the HMYC Training Centre. The cadets have an annual camp at the club, compete in club racing and participate in regional racing events as well as many other activities both on and off the water. The section meet weekly throughout the summer and the subscription rates for cadet members are very reasonable.
