Order
The Government’s motion to quash Defendant’s subpoenas issued to Attorney General John Ashcroft and White House Liaison Mike McLean is granted. United States v. Hastings {30kb.html/txt, 48kb.pdf}, 126 F.3d 310, 313-314 (4th Cir. 1997); In re United States {33kb.pdf}, 197 F.3d 310, 313-314 (8th Cir. 1999).
The Government’s motion for sanctions is denied.
