Combat: Sequence of Instruction

203. The following summaries of instructional sequences in unarmed combat, wrestling and boxing are given as a guide to instructors when compiling battle physical training lessons. For details of these subjects see Pamphlet No. 5.

Section 25: UNARMED COMBAT, SEQUENCE OF INSTRUCTION SUMMARY

204. The most vulnerable parts of the body

(a) In front.

(b) In the rear.

205. Attacks

(a) The chin jab.

(b) The edge of hand blow.

(c) The knee blow.

(d) The kick.

(e) Defence against a kick.

(f) The stamp.

(g) The knock-out punch.
