TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note the following Terms and Conditions before placing your order:-

ORDERING - To avoid any unnecessary errors and delays it is helpful when ordering, to print your name and address, together with part numbers and description of the items you require, please use the ORDER FORM provided. Please SIGN the order form.
PAYMENT - On all orders, a 50% deposit is required with your order, outstanding amount will be invoiced with goods, for payment by return.  Payment can be by Cash (by registered post) Cheque, Postal Order, International money transfer, and made payable to G A VASS.
POST and PACKAGING - Will be charged on all orders, at Post Office or Carriers rate
FAULTY GOODS - Whilst every effort is made to ensure that goods leave us in perfect condition, now and again a sub-standard item may slip through. If you feel you have cause to complain, and is within 6 Months of purchase, please return the item with a note of explanation, and we will replace the item.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - Please notify us within 2 days of receipt, we will advise you on the course of action to be taken.
PRICES - Whilst every effort is made to keep prices stable we reserve the right to charge the price ruling at the time of dispatch.
