PLYMOUTH - DAKAR 2004

On Boxing Day 2003 we will be setting out to drive from Blackburn in Lancashire via Plymouth to Dakar in Senegal, west Africa as part of what has been described by some as the worlds greatest banger challenge.

The purpose for entering this event is to raise money for a local Handicapped Children's Charity, Cancer Research through sponsorship and some needy causes in the Gambia with the Auction of the car and equipment used on the rally. Oh yes and to bask in the sheer eccentricity of such a wonderful event.
