Recipe for 5 gallons of Homebrew Bitter

This is the recipe for my stock bitter, which goes down a treat.

MALT:

Pale Malt        3.5Kg
Crystal Malt    250g

Mash schedule:

bullet2.8g of water
bulletpH 5.3
bulletTemperature: 67°C
bulletDuration: 1hr 15m

 

HOPS:

Bittering: 
Fuggles             10 IBUs (approx 30g)
Challenger         10 IBUs (approx 20g)

Late:                                         
Fuggles:            5g

YEAST:

Gervin English Ale Yeast
