Situated in La Ville Tanet a small hamlet in the sheltered conservation area of the Arguenon valley and just outside the village of
Pledeliac in the Department of Cotes d’Armor - Northern Brittany. Surrounded by beautiful countryside but also near to towns and cities.
It is well placed for a relaxing holiday as well as being close to lots of interesting places to visit and explore.

A short walk from the cottage is a well stocked lake, ideal for fishing, boating and canoeing. The surrounding country lanes are popular with cyclists, hikers, walkers and horse riders.

Golfers can enjoy an excellent 9-hole golf course at St Michel de Plelan, which hires out clubs and welcomes visitors.

Discover the cobbled streets and timbered buildings of the medieval town of Dinan just a 25 minutes drive. The port of St Malo  which
lies at the mouth of the river Rance, and the coastal seaside town of Dinard are approx 40 minutes away, and have magnificent beaches.

Dinard has an airport with daily flights to and from Stansted, Bristol, East Midlands and Birmingham.

The city of Rennes is about a 60 minute drive, and is excellent for shopping with designer shops and wonderful restaurants. Rennes
has an airport with flights to and from Southampton, Manchester, Dublin, Exeter, Edinburgh and Belfast.
