These Words Failing was formed on a sunny June afternoon in 2004.
Members from other well known local bands (Fude, Rival and Hundred
Days Over) were sat in the sun chilling out when the subect of darlo
bands came up. It was decided there wasnt really any bands that were lively on stage, so they decided to join forces and start up a band to really rock out to...something that would make you want to throw yourself about the stage like a madman but still had a melodic edge to it. A month after, with a great lack of organisation These Words Failing had their first practice, the band gelled well and gained interest from a local promoter when he heard them practicing by accident (this was their third practice).
The band is still young and is yet to go into the studio to record, but this
will change soon when enough strong material for a 4 or 5 track EP has
been written.
