1891 Census for North Yorkshire
This is a partial transcription of the 1891 census for those parts of North Yorkshire that contain KNAGGS families.
It is still at a very early stage.
There is no name index as yet, but all my pages are indexed by Google.
Each of the following linked pages consist of a complete Census Enumerator's Book, each containing at least one Knaggs.
The transcription of each page of the CEB starts with the RG 12 Piece, Folio and Page numbers.
Then, for each household, the schedule number : address (rooms occupied if less then 5) is given.
Then, for each person enumerated, I list the Surname, Forenames - Relationship to the Head - Condition and Age - Occupation - Place of Birth - Deaf & Dumb etc (if present).
Blank entries are replaced with the word "none".
The names of English and Welsh counties are replaced with their Chapman codes.
