Hi, I hope you are all well, this is Sam Squirrel speaking and I am here to tell you another story about Tina.


Tina is the Family cat, she thinks that she is very clever but see what you think!

The human Family had a nice garden with lots of small bushes in it.

Tina used to sit in one of these bushes, hiding from the birds, and waiting to hop out and pounce on them.

The Family used to watch and laugh because they could see the joke.


Perhaps you will too  -  if I show you a picture of the bush. It is called a Potentilla and it is green with yellow flowers.

You see, cats have poor colour vision and birds have good colour vision.


Poor Tina didn't realise that the birds could see her quite easily.

She was more likely to catch them as they fell over laughing !
