Hello, this is Sam Squirrel again and this story is about one of the human Family's cats.She is a black and white cat and looks very smart. At least she thinks so! and I think the family agree.

One day, she was sitting on the floor washing her ears - as cats do, and the family were relaxing watching the television.
Father human had taken off his shoes and was reading his book (and watching the television!)
He had a habit of wriggling his toes and that is what he was doing this time!!WELL - suddenly Tina lept up and pounced on Father human's toes. She grabbed them with her claws and started to bite his foot!!!!!
Father human let out a very loud yell and tried to jump up. This was a bit difficult as Tina was still attached.
Tina managed to get his sock off and looked really proud of herself. Father human was NOT impressed and muttered some unpleasant things about cats in general and Tina in particular.
I think he suggested that Tina might like to sleep in the garden for the rest of the week but Mother human wouldn't allow it.
My guess is that Tina thought she had found a new kind of mouse and was protecting her human Family by catching it - who knows!
