Hello This is Sam Squirrel again. This story is about Mother human
and the day she spring cleaned her aquarium.
As you can see it is a good size and there are a number of fish in it.
She keeps ' Tropical ' fish, which means that the water needs to be kept warm.
One of the fish is called a ' Plecostomas ' and he is rather ugly to look at.
Mother human has had him right from a baby, when he was little and now he is almost 20 centimetres long. She emptied most of the water out then caught all of the smaller fish with the net and put them into the bucket of water.
This is where I started to laugh as the net was only 10 centimetres wide and you could see that she had a problem.
No way was a 20 cm Pleccy going to fit into a 10 cm net! Also, at this point, he had enough and didn't want to be caught at all!
In the end, she had to chase him round the tank with a margarine container.
She did catch him in the end but I think that she was wetter than Pleccy when she had finished.Still the tank did look good and she put in some new hiding places for Pleccy so he has forgiven her.
