Hello This is Sam Squirrel with one of the first of the tales about my human Family.
My Father human is interested in Astronomy and has built his own telescope.If the weather is clear and you can see the stars in the night sky he will take it out into the garden.
One night it was very dark and he was outside looking at the sky when he felt
this ' something ' against his leg.It gave him quite a fright and he jumped.
Then he couldn't feel it so he went on looking at the stars.
After a while he felt this ' something ' again but stronger this time.
He was really puzzled this time but when he looked down he saw this shape and realised that it was a cat.
Father human was not pleased and he told the cat off, saying ' You could have tripped me up as I can't see you properly in the dark '
The cat was not pleased either as he was only being friendly and wanted Father to stroke him. So he went off in a huff.No more stargazing for that cat!.
