The
picture above is the first good picture I took,
during a photography course at Toulouse
university. That day, back in 1995, I was walking
in "rue St Rome" in Toulouse with a friend, looking
for any subject to shoot really.
The
funny thing is that we both spotted that girl
at the same time, without telling each other, as
he was walking two hundred yards in front of me.
Just as I was following her with my camera, and
was about to shoot, I heard the motor of my
friend's camera who had just taken a picture of
her, but so did she, that is why she turned her
head, and looked at him with an interrogative look
on her face...
This
section is one of my favourite, as I think
people are the most difficult subject to take
picture of. The minute they see your camera, they
change attitude, and you have missed the
opportunity to take a good & natural picture.
