| As you can see, there is a patio and garden of over an acre which attracts numerous species of birds and butterflies with a large pond home to fish, frogs and newts. The hammock under the oak tree is a good vantage point to view and relax! Children need to be supervised near the pond. | ||||

There are pleasant views from all windows but the front bedroom has exceptional uninterrupted views over open farmland to the Blackwater Estuary,where yachts and boats(including the restored Thames Barges) can be seen under sail. The rear of the house overlooks the pond and a number of small fields which lead to the village church (no bells) on the hill. |
