Sherlock Holmes:

As far as I've been able to determine, all MP3 files on this site are in the public domain.
Broadcasts over 50 years old are public domain under UK law which covers all pre-1953 broadcasts, and it would appear that the rights to many of the the post 1952 broadcasts have been abandoned or waived.
