MATCH SECYS REPORTS
Maxwell Trophy (u-21) to be arranged,team captains as follows-

NORTH & EAST- GRAHAM TRAINER
NORTH &WEST -JULIA CAMPBELL
SOUTH -LIBBY HAMILTON

MIXED 1&2-Some score sheets in, usual cancellation of matches.
MIXED 3&4-Score sheets in , going well-no problems.
GENTS 1-3 No score sheets but matches are going ahead
LADIES-not present.
YOUTH not present.
SWAN & JACK Of the 5 first round ties ,4 were walkovers.In the tie played, Shettleston beat Cathcart. The 2nd round ties are to be played by the 22nd January 2000.

TOURNAMENT
Balloted Tourney very successful although there were 4 late withdrawals.Fraser McCulloch & Angela Hamilton bt Andy Hunter & Jackie Wright in the final.
The Senior event produced some good games with Lorraine Bennet &Jackie Wright winning the Ladies event and Andy Craey & Chris McIntyre winning the Gents Doubles and Andy Carey & Libby Hamilton winning the Mixed.Slight loss of £20 or £30 .Possibly put up entry fee to £3 & £5 to offset this.Forms are out for the main tourney -food is booked.

SELECTION
The 29thJan is the date for the Dunfermline Match.The Edinburgh match will be arranged for the end of March beginning of April (home).

AGM minutes checked to ensure that all matters arising are being dealt with.

2.Discussion whether to change Youth ties to just one fixture and not home & away as they have to play each other too many times.
