Confirmation of date of the Dunfermline rep match.

MATCH SECYS REPORTS

MIXED 1&2-Everything O.K..
MIXED 3&4-Score sheets slow to come in.
GENTS 1-3 nothing to report.
LADIES-no problems.
YOUTH One match played 3 to go.The Stevensons final is between Cairns and St Mary’s.
Discussion re arranging matches between younger players.
SWAN & JACK Of the 8 second round ties ,6 were walkovers..The cheques are ready to go to the different charities.
TOURNAMENT
Forms ready to go out.The singles will be played on the Thursday night.Catering organised.Rackets and Runners will be donating vouchers. Umpires to be organised. Some problems with players playing at different clubs ie level doubles for one club and mixed for another. Entry to the tournament must be with a partner from the same club. Raffle to be organised by the social conveners.
SELECTION
The 29thJan is the date for the Dunfermline Match,a team has been selected.

SOCIAL-Band and hall booked -14th April 2000. Tickets £5.Tickets will be on sale at the tourney.
