Molluscs will not come usually naturally and you will have to by them from an aquatic garden centre. Most snails aren't very good for your pond as they eat a lot of you plant life like lilies. The only snails that I would recommend are the Ramshorn snails they eat algae and search the pond bed for food but they rarely attack pond life higher up. Another mollusc that I recommend you should get for your pond is the fresh water mussel. This mollusc acts as a natural filter for your pond and is very useful in clearing algae.
