Maintaining a wildlife pond is probobly the easiest part of having a wildlife pond. But you certinaitly cannot site back an relax.

Some Basic Rules

Try and keep as much leaves and other debris of the surface of your pond throughout the year. Keep a net near your pond to fish out any debrisfrom the surface. Try and do this atleast once a week.

Make sure there are enough plants to cover atleast half the surface area of the pond. This will help to keep algea at bay
