M60 J27(Anti Clockwise) - Take 3^rd from roundabout onto Carrington Rd. following signs for Bredbury.

Through first set of lights to second set (Park Hotel on Right)

After Park Hotel traffic lights 50 yards turn left into Welkin Road (Opposite Pear Mill entrance). Note large advertisement/direction sign to PAINTMASTERS.
