The ‘Dance to be Announced’ chosen by Margaret McCann on Mon 19/3/12 was ‘Dance of the Decades’ devised by David Queen which everybody enjoyed on the night. The instructions are not available on MiniCrib but click here for a copy of the original instructions. 3. The end of season dance on Monday 2nd April 2012 was a notable success. A very good programme and support calling from Jan Pearson was appreciated and applauded by all. Jim Lindsay and his Band - what can you say? - just a superb trio, the accordion, fiddle and drums - Jim Lindsay and Ron Kerr are a magnificent combination - the accordion and the fiddle listen to each other and combine perfectly - the tempo for dancing is absolutely spot-on. Organised by Peter Pinnock the club members laid on a splendid spread and the raffle went flawlessly as usual. Our MC for the night (and all our other nights) Lorna Anderson supported by Jennifer and Colin did a wonderful job. Our visitors must have been very impressed! WELL DONE TO LORNA AND HER SUPPORTERS !!!!
