Hello my name is James & I am 31 years old I am married to Lisa who is 30 & we have a lovely daughter Ellen who is 6.

We live in Ipswich, Suffolk, U.K.

At the moment I do not have a job as left it due to ill health. But before I left my job I had worked in the shipping industry for 13 years.

I am very interested in the vast field of mental health & attend various training courses to learn as much as possible,So that I can go into this field as my new career in the future.

At the moment I help with an allotment group at the Mental Health Volunteer Scheme and a social club at East Suffolk Mind. I am also a volunteer and trustee for East Suffolk Advocacy Network.

In my spare time I do Muay-Thai (Kickboxing), as well as all the family things.

My wife is learning British Sign Language & also studies various courses run by the W.E.A.

My wife & I also run a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.

Our daughter loves Barbie, Mermaids & anything to do with Disney.

We have one cat ( Nellie) & Three fish.
