KO Whist is an PalmOS implementation of the card game Knockout Whist.

Rules:
Knockout Whist is a card game played between 2 or more players (in this case 2 you and your palm). In the first round each player is dealt 7 cards, and in each successive round 1 less card is dealt to each player. In the first round the trumps are selected by the suit of the card on the top of the deck when the hands have been dealt. The idea of the game is to win as many tricks as possible, the first player plays a card and the second player must play a card of the same suit if possible, if not they can trump the card by playing a card of the trump suit or they can play any other card. The winner of the trick is the player who played the highest card of the leading suit or the person who played the highest trump (a trump will always beat all cards of the leading suit), and an ace is counted as high. The winner of the round is the player with the must tricks. If the round was with 5 or less cards per player, a player who wins no tricks falls out of the game. The player with the most tricks chooses the trumps in the next round (after the cards have been dealt). If 2 or more players have the same number of tricks then they cut and the highest card chooses the trumps. These rules may at first glance appear rather complex, but after playing a few games you should quickly pick them up.

How to play:
To play a card tap on it, when you are choosing trumps tap on the suit you want to be trumps.
