A Description of The Lodge by Graham:

Number 9 Timber Hill is one of a small development of detached Cedar Wood bungalows, on the southern slopes of a peaceful valley. The site is situated in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is in an ideal position for exploring Pembrokeshire.

The bungalows are built of solid, 2 inch thick, Canadian red cedar which provides approximately the same level insulation as cavity walls. Number 9 is larger in area than most of the other bungalows giving it a particularly roomy living/dining area. There is furniture and equipment for six people.

The accommodation comprises one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms which are fitted with full size bunk beds, one also containing a folding cot, a bathroom and a kitchen. The lounge/dining room has a large 16 * 6 window giving a magnificent view of the valley and stream whilst outside there is a veranda which runs the full length of the bungalow. There is ample parking space and the field in front of the property provides a safe place for children to play.

Bedding Each bed has pillows and a duvet, with spare blankets being provided. Sheets, pillow cases and quilt covers are not provided but can be arranged at extra cost. No cot bedding is provided.

Laundry As washing lines are not allowed, a coin operated washing machine, tumble drier and spindryer are available on the site.

Pets One dog per booking is allowed at a charge of £10, to cover the extra cleaning costs. We would request that visitors provide a dog basket or blanket. Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the site.

Electricity Heating and cooking is by electricity which is included in the letting fee.
Arrival On arrival the bungalow will be clean and ready for occupation by 3.30 p.m., please call at the farm house for the key. Mr. & Mrs. Bauer are in residence and will be pleased to help with any queries or further information.

Departures Visitors are requested to leave by 10.30 a.m.

Provisions Fresh milk and eggs are available from the farm. The nearest shop is at Broad Haven and the main shopping centre at Haverfordwest. A large Tesco superstore is situated on the Broad Haven side of Haverfordwest.
