Bookings may only be accepted with full payment in advance. If booking more than one date then a further full payment is required on the day to secure your next booking. If only booking one date – payment must reach us 14 days before the event. Please make cheques payable to:

The cost of a stall includes a minimum of 6ft table space, seating, electricity point and free tea/coffee all day for traders (but not table cloths) If you require extra space this must be negotiated by prior agreement and a charge may be incurred. You are NOT permitted to knock nails etc into the walls to hang your goods on.
Access to the venues is from 8.00am and we are open to the public from 10.00am – 5.00pm and you are required to man your stall until 5.00pm as a courtesy to other traders.
To ensure a good balance of crafts only a certain number of craftspeople in each type of craft will be taken and to be fair to everyone you may only display your main craft and not diversify with anything else unless by prior agreement. We reserve the right to have the final say as to where your stall will be situated in the room.
We the organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person at these Fayres. It is your responsibility to insure your own stock and to ensure the area you occupy is kept tidy and hazard free.
Please ensure all your electrical equipment which you use at the Fayres (including lights & adapters etc) has been P.A.T tested. Neither the venue nor Biddulph Craft Fayres can be held responsible for any accident concerning your appliances.
