Throughout the workshop you will work on your own unique situation and gain an insight into what is holding you back or preventing you from changing habits.

You will be introduced to many tools and techniques to help you learn new skills and attitudes. These can be incorporated into your everyday life.

The group will be small – a maximum of 10 people per Workshop - in order to give individuals a more personal experience.

Why come to the workshop?

People come to the workshop for many different reasons. Some want to feel more self-confident and happy about themselves and their future. Others would like to take charge of their life and need help prioritising. Some want to be galvanised into action and are using the workshop as a catalyst. Many simply enjoy the workshop as an opportunity to focus on themselves and their lives.

Aims:
  • To help all the participants strengthen their inner resources (self-esteem, confidence)
  • To decide what actions they need to take to bring better balance to their lives
Objectives:
By the end of the workshop the participants will have:-
  • explored techniques to enhance their self-worth
  • understood that their confidence grows through a positive self image
  • examined how their beliefs and expectations can limit or empower them
  • checked the state of their health & well being
  • become more aware of their true values
  • practised techniques to bring about lasting change
  • learnt the importance of setting goals
  • made decisions what actions are needed in order to bring better balance to their lives
  • practised a Coaching technique

£70 which will include refreshments, a training pack and a taster coaching session. (The taster coaching session will be arranged on an individual basis after the workshop)

About the Trainer
Jackie has a passion for helping people to live their life to the full.

Her experience of leading Stress Management workshops for the private and public sector stand her in good stead for running this workshop.

She has a diploma in Life Coaching and has based this workshop on some of the techniques used to help people move forward with their lives.
