A series of workshops on making changes to your life that will help you maximise your Health and Well-Being.

3) PRESENTATIONS
A lively and thought-provoking talk to introduce the concept of taking responsibility for your own Health and Well-Being.


Jackie Butler - Health and Well-Being Coach
My own career path reflects why I am so passionate about helping people to get the most out of their own situation and make it work for them.

I am now a qualified coach, specialising in Health and Well-Being, but all of my previous experiences, both personal and professional, have given me a unique insight into the value of coaching.

I started my career as a teacher of Food and Nutrition but after 12 years this came to an end as I had central vision loss (macular disease).

This was a challenging time but I learnt that I was in control of my life and I needed to get back in the driving seat. I think this was when the seed was sown for me to become a Life Coach.

I went on to become a trainer working in the workplace and facilitating courses on the management of STRESS.

I believe that “happiness is a journey and not a destination” and by coaching you I can help you on that journey.
