How Does It Work
I use a point in the ear for Appetite Control. This treatment is all about getting the control back into you appetite. Usually by the time people come see me they have been through all the diets that ever were so it's not about knowing what to eat (or what not to eat) it is about regulating your eating habit. We all know there is nothing wrong with one biscuit or the odd bag of crisps - it's all the others that follow Hence the Appetite Control Point.
How long does the treatment last ?
The effects of the treatment lasts 2 -3 weeks. Patients then come in various categories. Some can manage for a few days or even weeks when the treatment wears off and only have to come back if they feel they are starting to lose control again. Some prefer not to take the chance (especially if they have a lot of weight to lose) and come back after the 2 -3 weeks. Other patients find one treatment gets them out of their old eating habits and there is no going back
